CQB Nitric Acid Resistant Pump Mini Magnetic Drive Chemical Centrifugal Pump

Magnetic pump is a horizontal, sealless centrifugal pump with permanent magnetic coupling, compliant with ASME B73.3-2003,
sealless pump standard for volatile chemical, inflammable, aggressive, explosive and toxic liquids.

1, CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump product overview:

CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is usually composed of motor, magnetic coupling and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic line of force passes through the gap and the isolation sleeve and acts on the inner magnetic steel, so that the pump rotor and the motor rotate synchronously and transmit the torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, because the liquid is sealed in a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal, so there is no leakage at all.

CQB series magnetic pump is a new type of completely leak free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design group of magnetic pump. Its technical and economic indexes are equivalent to the level of similar foreign products at the end of 1980s.

2, CQB magnetic drive pump installation and use:

2.1. The magnetic drive pump should be installed horizontally, not vertically. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For the occasion of vertical installation with special requirements, the motor must face up.

2.2. When the suction liquid level of CQB magnetic pump is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipe valve before starting the magnetic drive pump. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipe shall be equipped with bottom valve.

2.3. The magnetic drive pump should be checked before use. The motor fan blade should rotate flexibly without jamming and abnormal sound. All fasteners should be tightened.

2.4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the steering mark of the magnetic pump.

2.5. After the motor of the magnetic drive pump is started, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.

2.6. Before the magnetic drive pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.

3, Precautions for use of CQB magnetic drive pump:

3.1. Because the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings depend on the medium to be transported, it is absolutely forbidden to run idly, and at the same time, it can avoid the space-time running caused by the restart after the power failure in the middle of the work.

3.2. If there are solid particles in the medium to be transported, the inlet of the magnetic drive pump should be equipped with a filter screen; if there are ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

3.3. The ambient temperature of magnetic drive pump in use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of motor should not exceed 75 ℃.

3.4. The medium and temperature to be transported by the magnetic drive pump shall be within the allowable range of the pump material (see the attached table for details). The service temperature of the engineering plastic pump is less than 60 ℃, the service temperature of the metal pump is less than 100 ℃, the conveying pressure is not more than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6Mpa, the density is not more than 1600kg / m3, and the particle size is not more than 30 × 10-6m2 / s.

3.5. The magnetic drive pump should be cleaned in time after use for the medium whose conveying liquid is easy to precipitate and crystallize, so as to drain the liquid in the pump.

3.6. After the magnetic drive pump runs for 100 hours, the bearing and end moving ring should be disassembled and inspected for wear, and the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse should be replaced.

3.7. The internal and external magnetic couplings of CQB magnetic pump are made of high-performance permanent magnetic materials, which may cause potential harm to the following devices. Please keep the following devices away from this series of pumps. For example: cardiac pacemaker, Xinyong card and other magnetic cards, calculator, computer disk, watch, etc.
